Wer die Flexibilität moderner eBanking Services mit einem Höchstmaß an Sicherheit genießen möchte, findet in der BAWAG P.S.K. Security App einen unverzichtbaren Begleiter am Smartphone oder Tablet. Sie öffnet das Tor zum aktuell innovativsten Zeichnungsverfahren, welches den hohen Sicherheitsanforderungen der Europäischen Bankenaufsichtsbehörde in vollem Umfang gerecht wird: dem secTAN Verfahren. Ihre secTAN erhalten Sie in die mittels Sicherheitsgeste oder TouchID/FaceID geschützte Security App – so zeichnen Sie Aufträge flexibel und extra sicher.

Hinweis:

Um die BAWAG P.S.K. Security App nutzen zu können, müssen Sie das secTAN Verfahren aktiviert und die BAWAG P.S.K. Security App installiert haben. Loggen Sie sich wie gewohnt in Ihr BAWAG P.S.K. eBanking ein und fordern Sie im Reiter „Service“ unter dem Menüpunkt „Sicherheitsverwaltung - secTAN Verwaltung“ einen Aktivierungscode für die Anmeldung zum secTAN Verfahren an. Folgen Sie anschließend den Schritten des Aktivierungsprozesses in der BAWAG P.S.K. Security App.

• Mit secTAN Aufträge zeichnen:

Nach Auftragserteilung mittels secTAN im eBanking erhalten Sie eine push-Benachrichtigung in Ihre Security App. Bei Klick auf diese gelangen Sie zu den Auftragsdaten und der auftragsspezifischen secTAN. Prüfen Sie zur Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit die Daten und geben Sie anschließend den Auftrag im eBanking mit der angezeigten secTAN frei.

• Einmal PIN anfordern:

Nutzen Sie nach der TouchID/FaceID Aktivierung die zusätzlichen Sicherheitsservices der Security App: Die Einmal PIN können Sie anstelle Ihrer persönlichen PIN zum einmaligen Login nutzen.

Wenn Sie sich etwa auf einem öffentlichen Rechner oder im Urlaub ins eBanking einloggen wollen und Bedenken haben, Ihre Zugangsdaten einzugeben, so können Sie auf einem TouchID/FaceID-fähigen Smartphone oder Tablet eine einmal gültige PIN anfordern. Diese garantiert Ihnen überall einen sicheren Einstieg. Natürlich ist die Einmal PIN auch eine sichere Hilfe, wenn Sie Ihre herkömmliche PIN vergessen haben.

It opens the door to the most innovative subscription procedure, which fully meets the high security requirements of the European Banking Authority: the secTAN procedure. You receive your secTAN in the Security App or TouchID / FaceID protected Security App - so you record orders flexible and extra secure.

Note:

To the BAWAG P.S.K. Security App, you must activate the secTAN procedure and BAWAG P.S.K. Security App installed. Log in to your BAWAG P.S.K. as usual. eBanking and request in the tab "Service" under the menu item "Security Management - secTAN Administration" an activation code for the registration for secTAN procedure. • Draw orders with secTAN:

After placing an order with secTAN in eBanking, you will receive a push notification in your security app. Clicking on this will take you to the order data and the order-specific secTAN. Check the data for your own safety and then release the order in eBanking with the displayed secTAN.

• Request a PIN once:

After the TouchID / FaceID activation you can use the additional security services of the Security App: You can use the one-time PIN instead of your personal PIN for a single login.

For example, if you want to log into eBanking on a public computer or on vacation and are worried about entering your access data, you can request a PIN that is valid once on a TouchID / FaceID-capable smartphone or tablet. This guarantees you a safe start everywhere. Of course the one-time PIN is also a safe help if you have forgotten your traditional PIN.
